Shopee needs Pro Plus. The shop API and the AI-assistant connector come with the monthly plans.
Can I update my SellerSideKick products from Excel with ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini?
Yes, on a monthly plan. Connect your AI assistant to SellerSideKick with the connector at https://mcp.sellersidekick.ai/mcp, sign in, pick the shop and the permissions, then give it your sheet. It previews every change first and applies it only after you agree.
Coding tools and scripts can use a shop API key instead.
If I change a price in SellerSideKick, does it change on Shopee and Lazada?
Not yet. Price and product-content changes made in SellerSideKick, in the dashboard or through the API, change the SellerSideKick store and the chatbot, but are not sent to the marketplaces. Edit marketplace prices and listings in each marketplace's seller center.
Stock counts are the exception: they are sent to linked Shopee, Lazada and TikTok listings, usually within about 10 minutes.
Can an AI assistant connected to SellerSideKick delete my products?
No. Through the connector or the API, products can be created and updated but never deleted, and promotions are archived rather than deleted. You choose the permissions when you connect, see every change with its old and new value in Settings → API keys, and can revoke a connection there at any time.
