1. The Service
SellerSideKick provides two AI teammates for your shop: a Customer Service Agent that replies to buyers across connected channels — LINE, Facebook, Instagram, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop — and a Shop Assistant that carries out back-office tasks you delegate to it. Features marked "beta" are still being developed, may change or be withdrawn, and are provided with no uptime commitment beyond reasonable effort.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate account and business information and keep it up to date.
- You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
- You must be a legitimate business or individual seller authorized to sell the products you list.
3. Plans & Billing
SellerSideKick is offered on Basic, Pro, and Pro Plus plans, billed either monthly or on a coin (usage-based) model, as shown at checkout. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method — processed by Stripe — for the applicable fees, plus any taxes. Unless stated otherwise for your plan, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund the current billing period. Coin balances are non-transferable between accounts.

4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for anything illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive toward buyers.
- Feed the AI agents content you don't have the right to use, or instruct them to impersonate a person or entity misleadingly.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service, or circumvent its rate limits or security.
- Violate the terms of any connected platform (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, LINE, Meta) through your use of the Service.
5. Your Content & Data
You retain ownership of your product catalog, shop knowledge, and business data. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process that data solely to provide the Service to you — including using it to power your Customer Service Agent's and Shop Assistant's responses. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give the AI agents; they answer from what you've told them.
6. AI-Generated Output
The Customer Service Agent and Shop Assistant generate replies and take actions automatically based on AI models. While designed to answer only from information you've provided and to ask for approval before sensitive actions, AI output can occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. You're responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before relying on it for anything consequential, and for configuring human hand-off where you need a person in the loop. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for losses arising from reliance on AI-generated content.
7. Third-Party Platforms
The Service depends on APIs provided by LINE, Meta, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. We are not affiliated with, and are not responsible for, outages, API changes, or policy changes made by these platforms. Your use of those platforms through SellerSideKick remains subject to their own terms.
8. Intellectual Property
SellerSideKick — including its software, design, and trademarks — is owned by Kuztom AI. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond what's needed to use the Service as intended.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, don't pay applicable fees, or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service, other users, or their buyers.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kuztom AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Thailand.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
