Answers only from the shop's own catalogue, prices, stock, promotions and policies.
Hands complaints, refunds and other delicate chats to a person, with the whole conversation.
Keeps one product catalogue, stock and promotions for every channel, and sends stock counts to Shopee, Lazada and TikTok.

Who it is for

Thai online shops and brands that sell through chat and on marketplaces.
Shops that answer the same questions all day on several channels and want one place for chats, products and stock.
Owners who want an AI assistant (Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini) to update prices, stock and promotions from a spreadsheet.

Who it is not for

Shops that sell mainly through WhatsApp: it is not one of the channels.
Businesses looking for a website builder, an accounting system or an ERP.
Sellers who want to edit marketplace prices and listings from one place: that is not available yet (see the known limit below).

The six channels

LINE, Facebook (Messenger), Instagram, TikTok, Shopee and Lazada. Shopee needs the Pro Plus plan.

Plans

Basic: pay as you go with coins.
Pro and Pro Plus: monthly. Shopee needs Pro Plus.
Enterprise: custom.

Limits

An AI assistant or a script can change up to 500 rows per request and 120 requests a minute per shop.
Through the API and the connector, nothing is deleted: products are created and updated, promotions are archived.
Only products on the SellerSideKick store can be changed that way, not products that exist only on a marketplace.
Up to 10 API keys per shop.

A known limit

Price and product-content changes made in SellerSideKick, in the dashboard or through the API, are not yet sent to the marketplaces; only stock counts are. Marketplace prices and listings are edited in each marketplace's seller center.

How AI assistants connect

Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini connect through the SellerSideKick connector at https://mcp.sellersidekick.ai/mcp. The owner signs in with SellerSideKick, picks the shop and the permissions, and can revoke the connection at any time. The assistant previews every change before applying it.
